- 2 years of experience in a commercial bakery or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to follow standardized recipes precisely to ensure consistency in taste and texture.
- Proficiency in operating industrial ovens, proofers, mixers, dough sheeters, and slicers.
- Ability to track stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and minimize waste through 2222 “First In, First Out” (FIFO) rotation.
