Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support the Revenue Team and be responsible for:
- Receiving payments through cheques, card terminals, cash deposit slips, and bank transfers
- Issuing receipts to customers
- Recording transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
- Scanning and storing contracts, receipts, and payment documents
- Updating leasing payment status within company systems
- Managing bounced cheque processes and related documentation
- Safeguarding post-dated cheques, bank guarantees, and financial instruments
- Preparing daily collection and safekeeping reports
- Coordinating with accounts receivable teams for reconciliations
- Validating cheque security features according to banking regulations
- Supporting Community and Facilities Management revenue operations
- Assisting with concessions and commercial lease collections
