Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting store and materials operations related to aircraft maintenance and supply chain activities.

Main responsibilities may include:

  • Issuing spare parts and materials for line and base maintenance operations
  • Maintaining storage facilities according to aviation and company standards
  • Updating material requirements for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
  • Following safety, housekeeping, and proper material handling procedures
  • Handling delivery and collection of spare parts to and from aircraft
  • Assisting with binning of received and inspected materials into correct locations
  • Generating and updating stock-related reports and transaction records
  • Monitoring quarantine items, stock levels, fast-moving items, and unserviceable parts
  • Ensuring all issued rotables include proper serviceable tags and documents
  • Supporting the return process for removed or unserviceable components
  • Handling the picking and packing of materials
  • Assisting in annual and mid-year stock counts
