Role Overview
The Manager will oversee the operations of the Customer Happiness Centre and Ecommerce B2C department. The role focuses on ensuring exceptional customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and achieving key performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor call center and e-commerce teams
- Conduct performance evaluations and support team development
- Build a high-performance work culture
Operational Management
- Implement strategies to improve call centre and ecommerce operations
- Monitor performance metrics such as response time and service levels
- Ensure efficient staffing and scheduling
Customer Experience
- Improve customer service standards
- Handle escalated customer complaints
- Implement best practices for customer satisfaction
Process Improvement
- Identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes
Technology Management

Key Responsibilities
Demand & Supply Planning
- Lead monthly S&OP planning cycles
- Develop demand forecasts using historical data and market trends

Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels for finished goods and raw materials
- Prevent stock shortages and excess inventory
Production Planning
- Translate demand plans into production schedules

Qualifications

Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP
- Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industries
Technical Skills

- SAP (preferably S4/HANA)
