- Minimum high school education (10 years of schooling required)
- Valid UAE or GCC driving license
- Basic communication and safety awareness skills

Experience For Equipment Operator
- 0–2 years experience for entry-level roles
- Minimum 2+ years experience required for advanced equipment operator roles
