Job Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Coordinator will support daily sales operations activities and ensure efficient service delivery to internal teams and external trade partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing reservations and ticketing activities.
- Handling refunds and ticket-related requests.
- Supporting trade and corporate accounts.
- Coordinating group sales activities.
- Managing sales support and administration tasks.
