Qualification & License Requirements
To be eligible for the Assistant Nurse positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
- License: MOH or DHA License as Assistant Nurse
- Candidates with completed or ongoing Dataflow status will be considered
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in hospital, clinic, or homecare
- Age: 20–40 years
- Height & BMI: Minimum 5 feet with acceptable BMI range
- Language: Good communication in English
Essential Clinical Skills
Successful applicants are expected to be competent in:
- Tracheostomy and catheter care
- Bedsore prevention and treatment
- Enteral feeding via NGT or PEG
- Conducting patient observations and reporting changes
- Independent clinical decision-making in homecare environments
Work Schedule & Overtime
Nurses will work a 15 days × 24 hours schedule (360 hours per month).
Overtime pay will be provided for any work beyond the 360-hour requirement.
Salary, Accommodation & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive:
- Monthly Salary: AED 3,500
- Employment Visa/Contract: Provided for 24 months
- Accommodation: Rent-free housing (utilities like SEWA & internet paid by occupants)
- Transportation: Company-provided pick-up and drop-off service
- Medical: Free basic insurance plan and in-house GP consultations
- Lab investigations & IV procedures at cost price
