Position: Technical Manager

The Technical Manager will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and delivering all technical aspects of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering all technical components of projects
- Developing design strategies in coordination with consultants and stakeholders
- Reviewing technical deliverables to ensure contract compliance
- Providing technical direction aligned with construction standards and regulations
- Managing buildability requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Attending site meetings and chairing design coordination meetings when required
- Monitoring scope changes and managing the change-control process
- Leading and supervising the CAD and technical teams
- Ensuring all CAD drawings align with approved designs and project schedules
- Providing expert guidance on landscape works, swimming pools, and water features
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Landscape Engineering (preferred)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a related field
- Strong technical expertise in landscape, swimming pool, and water feature construction
- Excellent knowledge of construction specifications and project coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM systems, and MS Office packages
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
Candidates with extensive UAE project experience will be highly preferred.
