Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Translating business objectives into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Preparing user stories and functional requirements for digital products.
- Collaborating with development teams throughout Agile sprint cycles.
- Coordinating product development activities with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing.
- Ensuring digital releases meet business, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Supporting continuous improvement of mobile and web customer journeys.
- Identifying business process improvements and recommending solutions.
