Available Position
- Job Role – Finance Officer (Accounts Receivables)
The Finance Officer – Accounts Receivables will be responsible for managing client invoicing, monitoring receivable accounts, and ensuring accurate financial transactions across different business areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy in invoicing and billing processes
- Deliver invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor unposted receipts and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
- Review bank guarantees for agents and customers to ensure security levels and validity
- Monitor IATA default agents and coordinate with GSAs and RCSM teams
- Reconcile customer billing accounts with the revenue ledger
- Perform month-end closing activities and manage billing accruals
- Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards
- Support internal and external audits
- Assist the tax team with billing-related queries
- Coordinate with accounts receivable, collections, and general ledger teams

Education and Experience Requirements
Candidates applying for the position should meet the following requirements:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Minimum)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or accounts receivable roles
- Experience handling large customer bases and high transaction volumes
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is preferred
- Ability to manage financial data and billing processes
Professional Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
