Storekeeper – Immediate Start
The Storekeeper position is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in inventory and materials management within the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving, inspecting, and controlling all incoming materials
- Maintaining 100% accurate inventory and stock records
- Conducting regular stock counts and resolving discrepancies
- Preparing inventory reports and coordinating with operations teams
- Ensuring proper storage, labeling, and safety compliance
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience
- Practical knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Tally
- Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word
- Ability to join immediately
Admin & Document Controller – Immediate Start
This role is suited for candidates with strong administrative, documentation, and system-handling expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing official emails and internal/external correspondence
- Handling document control, data entry, and invoicing processes
- Preparing PRs, QCS, POs, invoices, and expense reports
