Role Responsibilities and Qualifications
Housekeeping Team Leaders / Supervisors will be responsible for supervising daily housekeeping operations, assigning tasks, managing staff schedules, training team members, handling guest concerns, maintaining inventory, and supporting hands-on operations when required. Applicants should have a minimum of three years of hotel supervisory experience, strong English communication skills, good housekeeping knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Immediate availability is mandatory.
Room Attendants will focus on guest room cleanliness and comfort, including bed making, linen changes, cleaning and sanitizing rooms, replenishing amenities, updating room status, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Candidates should have basic education, good English communication skills, prior hotel or guest service experience, and a polite, professional attitude. Immediate joining is required.
