Eligibility Criteria

  • Female Indian national holding a valid Indian Passport, PAN Card, and Aadhar Card.
  • Age between 18 and 27 years.
  • Minimum education: Class 12 passed with at least 50% marks from a recognized board.
  • Minimum height: 155 cm.
  • Weight proportionate to height.
  • BMI range: 18 to 22.
  • Vision: 6/6.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Well-groomed with no visible tattoos in uniform.
  • Must meet required medical fitness standards.

Job Purpose

To ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers while delivering exceptional
in-flight service standards. The role focuses on professionalism, personalized care,
and consistently enhancing the guest experience in line with world-class aviation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure full compliance with safety and security procedures before, during, and after flights.
  • Deliver high-quality in-flight service and assist passengers with special needs.
  • Manage guest comfort and handle complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Conduct safety demonstrations and assist passengers during emergencies.
  • Maintain clear communication with flight crew and ground staff.
  • Uphold and represent Air India’s brand values at all times.
