Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.
- Adhere to DGCA regulations, government protocols and company standard operating procedures.
- Stay updated with safety, security and service manuals, circulars, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure professional grooming and a presentable image at all times.
- Conduct inflight sales, promote airline services and contribute to ancillary revenue generation.
- Assist passengers with special needs including elderly travellers, infants, unaccompanied minors and
others requiring support. - Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin, galleys and lavatories.
- Perform galley checks, stock verification and secure company equipment.
- Complete all pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight duties as per company procedures.
- Make safety and service-related announcements (as per approved ratings).
- Collaborate effectively with cockpit crew, ground staff, catering, and security teams.
- Report defects, non-compliances or irregularities to the Inflight Manager.
- Support on-time performance by following all operational standards.
Job Requirements
- Indian Nationals with a valid Passport, PAN Card and Aadhaar Card.
- Age: 18–28 years for freshers, up to 35 years for experienced crew.
- Minimum height: 155 cm (female), 167.5 cm (male), with weight proportionate to height.
- Minimum Education: 10+2 (Class 12) with fluency in English and Hindi.
- Must be medically fit as per DGCA requirements.
- BMI range: 18–23 (female), 18–25 (male).
- No visible tattoos or marks while in uniform.
- Must be willing to work in shifts, travel frequently and handle long operational hours.
- Skills required: Customer Service Orientation, Engagement, Hospitality.
