Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising daily production operations and achieving production targets.
- Coordinating preventive maintenance and resolving equipment issues.
- Ensuring sanitation, hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Leading production teams and monitoring shift performance.
- Conducting staff training and improving operational efficiency.
- Preparing daily production reports and monitoring material usage.
- Maintaining production equipment and coordinating maintenance activities.
