Job Title: Warehouse Receiving Clerk – Restaurant Operations
Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Role Overview
The Warehouse Receiving Clerk plays a key role in supporting back-of-house operations by ensuring
that all incoming items are checked, documented, and stored properly. This position maintains smooth
inventory flow and ensures operational efficiency within the restaurant supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify quality and quantity of incoming deliveries
- Record materials in the inventory system and report damaged or missing items
- Organize, label, and store all goods according to safety and hygiene standards
- Support weekly and monthly stock counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
- Coordinate with purchasing, kitchen teams, and suppliers on delivery issues
- Manage returns, replacements, and documentation
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, hotel or restaurant support roles is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical handling work safely
- Basic computer or inventory system knowledge is beneficial
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility for early-morning shift schedules when required
