Eligibility
To be considered for Emirates Cabin Crew roles, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- At least 160 cm in height and able to reach up to 212 cm
- At least 21 years old at the time of application
- Able to meet UAE employment visa requirements
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Minimum of Grade 12 / High School education
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service
Salary & Allowances
Emirates offers an attractive salary package for Cabin Crew – Grade II (Economy Class):
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per hour (approx. 80–100 hours per month)
- Average Monthly Pay: AED 11,244 (approx. USD 3,061)
- Overseas Meal Allowance: Paid monthly in arrears
- Free hotel accommodation and transportation to/from airport
