ODEPC invites applications from qualified nurses to join the second batch of the Austria project “Care Wave – 2026.” This is a free recruitment drive for nurses to work in nursing homes across Salzburg, Austria. The program includes free German language training (offline), visa processing and flight ticket. Selected candidates will work under Austrian employment conditions with social insurance and employee benefits.

Job Requirements
Candidates should meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:
- Qualification: BSc in Nursing.
- Experience: Preferred (1 year +). Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Maximum age limit: 35 years.
- Language preference: Candidates who have taken IELTS/OET in the last 3 years with overall 6.0 / C grade will get preference.
- If the candidate has children, the youngest child should be at least 3 years old at the start of German training.
- Candidates who already hold valid B1 or B2 German certificates must provide those certificates.

Note: Amounts exclude allowances for night duties, on-call duties, Sunday and public holiday bonuses which are paid according to collective agreements.
Terms & Important Conditions
- Free German language training (offline) at ODEPC training centres — candidates must leave current jobs and be available for training in Kerala as scheduled.
- Free German language examination: 2 attempts covered by ODEPC.
- Candidates must pay a refundable security deposit of INR 30,000 before starting German training. This will be refunded before travel to Austria.
- Accommodation and other living expenses during training are to be borne by candidates.
- Attestation charges (document attestation) to be borne by candidates.
- Free visa and air ticket to Austria will be provided on successful selection.
- Working hours follow Austrian guidelines (average 37 hours/week under collective agreement).
- Annual leave and weekly rest as per Austrian labor laws (approx. 25 working days annual leave to start).
