We are recruiting for a professional role encompassing the following key functions:
- Senior Store/Logistics Professional (Role combines Storekeeping, Inventory, and Logistics Coordination)
This position is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring timely material support for our manufacturing and installation sites.
Job Requirements: Skills & Qualification
Candidates must demonstrate a strong background in supply chain and adherence to stringent quality and safety standards:
Educational Attainment:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience & Technical Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain management, storekeeping, logistics, export and import processes, custom processing, or any related field.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning).
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
Operational & Compliance Knowledge:
- Proper understanding of scaffolding material specifications and usage.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
- Knowledgeable in handling and managing dangerous goods.
- Awareness of QHSE manual procedures and adherence to the Integrated Management System requirements (ISO standards).
Soft Skills & Licensing:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and manage time efficiently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to acquire and maintain **forklift certification**.
- Capable in exercising physical checks of stores and tallying with stock registers.
