Duties & Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant at ENOC, your responsibilities will include:

Communication

  • Handling telephone calls and recording messages
  • Preparing and managing departmental communication such as letters, memos, and emails
  • Coordinating with other departments for information and follow-ups
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
  • Preparing agendas and taking minutes of meetings

Office Management

  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Coordinating events, conferences, and departmental activities
  • Organizing and maintaining files and documents
  • Managing office supplies and equipment requests
  • Handling employee leave entries and attendance follow-ups
  • Receiving visitors and supporting daily office operations

Travel Coordination

  • Arranging travel and coordinating with travel agents and government relations

General Support

  • Recording department budget expenses
  • Performing other duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education (12th grade)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good English and Arabic communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
