Available Position

  • Cargo Handling Supervisor – Operational Safety

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, supervise, and monitor daily cargo operations and service compliance.
  • Oversee manpower planning, work distribution, and shift handover activities.
  • Ensure safety, security, and operational standards are followed at all times.
  • Research, prepare, and deliver safety campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Conduct risk assessments at network stations and support safety audits.
  • Manage safety incident data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with the RFS network control tower for smooth operational flow.
  • Support safety specialists in closing pending risk action items.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 12 years of schooling
  • At least 2 years of experience in the aviation industry
  • Strong understanding of cargo operations and aviation safety
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods, Live Animals, ULDs, and GDP compliance
  • Experience in analysing safety trends and incident data
  • Knowledge of air cargo rating, load planning, and stock control
  • UAE driving licence (preferred)
  • Advanced cargo training courses (preferred)
