Available Position
- Cargo Handling Supervisor – Operational Safety
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and monitor daily cargo operations and service compliance.
- Oversee manpower planning, work distribution, and shift handover activities.
- Ensure safety, security, and operational standards are followed at all times.
- Research, prepare, and deliver safety campaigns and promotional materials.
- Conduct risk assessments at network stations and support safety audits.
- Manage safety incident data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Coordinate with the RFS network control tower for smooth operational flow.
- Support safety specialists in closing pending risk action items.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of schooling
- At least 2 years of experience in the aviation industry
- Strong understanding of cargo operations and aviation safety
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods, Live Animals, ULDs, and GDP compliance
- Experience in analysing safety trends and incident data
- Knowledge of air cargo rating, load planning, and stock control
- UAE driving licence (preferred)
- Advanced cargo training courses (preferred)
